A Portugal Road Trip with Lucas Peters

This event was recorded on October 27, 2025.

Guidebook author and Monday Night Travel favorite Lucas Peters is back for a report on his family's summer road trip across Portugal. The journey begins in Lagos, where we sail along dramatic coastlines by day and camp beachside by night. With Lucas at the wheel, we head north to Portugal's world-class capital of Lisbon, visit the colorful fishing-village-turned-beach-resort Costa Nova, stop in second city Porto for a bike ride, and finish at the fortress town of Elvas. Along the way, Lucas pulls over to offer European road-trip tips and advice for traveling with young global citizens.
