Campaigning for Marijuana Legalization in Washington State

In the month leading up to the November 2012 election, Rick gave this 20-minute talk all over Washington State explaining why legalizing, taxing, and regulating marijuana is preferable to criminalizing its adult recreational use. The goal: to answer the public’s most common concerns and provide a solid primer for those less familiar with the subject. This talk was filmed in Spokane at the Bing Crosby Theater.
