The 2024 Online Tour Scrapbook Contest entry deadline is Thursday, February 27, 2024. Scrapbooks can be submitted for any Rick Steves' tour that departed in 2024. To enter your scrapbook, please complete all of the information below and submit by 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, February 27, 2024.

By entering our Online Tour Scrapbook Contest, you agree to the following:

You (1) give us unrestricted permission without compensation to excerpt or use in full your online scrapbook content for promotional purposes, (2) assure us that the content is original and that all elements have been acquired legally, (3) provide us with a validly completed IRS Form W-9 (if you win a prize worth $600 or more) as a condition of collecting your winnings and be responsible for all associated federal, state and local taxes, (4) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, (5) agree to hold us harmless.

In addition, you certify that you took the photos in your Tour Scrapbook yourself, without the assistance of others; that you had the consent of the subjects of the photos to take the photos and to provide them to Rick Steves for the purposes described in this Release; that you own all rights to the photos; and that you have the legal right to enter into this Tour Scrapbook Agreement. In consideration for being credited as the photographer, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, you hereby grant Rick Steves' Europe and its related entities, successors, and assigns ("Rick Steves") the non-exclusive right to publish any of your photos in your Tour Scrapbook, in print or electronic form, to help promote Rick Steves' travel business; and to crop or edit the photos at Rick Steves' discretion prior to using the photos as set forth in this Release. Whenever a photo from your Tour Scrapbook is used by Rick Steves as set forth in this Release, Rick Steves will credit you as the photographer. You retain rights to your photos. This Release will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, exclusive of its conflicts laws; and you agree that the sole jurisdiction for resolving any disputes relating hereto shall lie in superior court in Snohomish County, Washington.
