We'll visit many of the ancient sites of the Minoan, Mycenaean, and classical Greek civilizations. Our journey begins in the bustling capital city of Athens; then we'll explore some of the Peloponnese's most scenic sites, and go island-hopping in the Aegean, including stops in Mykonos and Santorini.

Istanbul

Turkey's historic, cultural, and religious center has for centuries stood at the crossroads of East and West. We'll learn about Istanbul's history and present-day life as we explore the city's most famous sites, including Hagia Sophia, the Chora Church, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Topkapı Palace, and the magnificent Blue Mosque.

Turkey

Turkey has long been the most exciting and inviting cultural detour from Europe. Our journey starts in cosmopolitan Istanbul before crossing the Bosphorus to explore Turkey's capital city of Ankara, the otherworldly rock formations of Cappadocia, and seaside villages and towns — including Bodrum, the Apostle Paul's Ephesus, Gallipoli, and Troy. Along the way we'll meet Turkey's greatest treasures: its people.
